Using Our Site
Our hope is that you find our site both informative and easy to use. The site was designed
to make accessing the information as simple as possible. This page highlights some of the
key features and navigational aids built into the site.
Features
The site is template based such that each page is laid out in approximately the same
manner as every other page. The main title appears at the top of every page making our
contact information easily available. Immediately beneath the main title are the navigation
aids (see below for details). The right hand side of each page is reserved for our
Weekly Schedule and any special messages.
Navigation
Navigation throughout the site is provided in the form of three navigation bars and a "bread
crumb trail". The two main navigation bars can be found at the top of each page just beneath
the main title. The upper bar provides links to the main topical areas of our site. The lower
bar, which changes in association with the main topic selected, provides secondary topics within
the main topical area. Beneath these navigation bars is a "bread crumb trail" which indicates
the main and secondary topic of the current page. Finally, an ancillary navigation bar at
the bottom of each page provides supplemental links -- back to the top of the current page, to
the ELCA's web site, to our home page, and to our Site Map. From any location in the site, you
are just two clicks away from any other page in the site.

If you prefer, we have provided a full site map. The site map shows all the primary and
secondary topics in outline form. From the site map, you can link to any other page on the
site.
